Can each donor's money be reported separately?
Yes. Each grant is tracked separately, so a donor's report covers their funding only, and restricted funds cannot be used to cover shortfalls elsewhere.
Does it handle multiple currencies?
Yes. Grants in USD, EUR or GBP can run alongside KES spending, with exchange rates maintained in the system.
Can it enforce our procurement policy?
Yes. Your approval steps, limits and required documents are configured in the system, and purchases cannot bypass them.
We're a country office. Can HQ get what they need?
Yes. The office does its daily work in the system, and HQ receives the numbers in their required structure and on their schedule.
What about payroll and statutory deductions?
Yes, Kenyan payroll is included: PAYE, NSSF, SHIF and the Housing Levy, with payslips and returns produced from the same records that manage leave and contracts.
What happens after go-live?
We train your team and then support the system. There is an optional monthly support plan covering fixes, questions, small changes and upgrades, with a 24-hour weekday response. Without a plan, we still help when you call, and each request is quoted and billed on its own.
How do we start, and what does it cost?
It starts with a discovery call. After that you get a written scope and a fixed price. Licences and hosting are billed to your organisation directly.
